Living
LEO's cottage in Hittisau offers a cosy and original atmosphere of approximately 400 sq, spread over 3 floors. There are showers, toilets and sauna in the basement.
The ground floor consists of a large, comfortable living, cooking and dining area overlooking the open beams. Also on this floor is a high-quality equipped multi-purpose/ seminar room for up to 25 people. There is a small gallery, as well as various bedrooms and toilets on the top floor.
The hut offers 30 beds, in the large farmhouse about 60 people can find place for eating, drinking and partying. There are parking spaces directly around the house for 12 vehicles.
Sleep
In total, the hut '2' Hittisau offers space for 30 people for sleeping and living.

Pillows, sheets and blankets are available, also duvets with linen are available for an additional cost. We do not offer hand towels and sleeping bags.
Washrooms
In the washrooms are separate showers for him and her, toilet facilities and a sauna that invites you to full relaxation.
Kitchen equipment
In the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove with large oven, two large fridges with freezer, lacking nothing The grill station with seating located behind the house and invites you to view the green slope to linger.

Recreation
Outdoor of the hut is surrounded by a rustic, covered veranda. From there you can enjoy the view of the hills and mountains of the Bregenzerwald. Right next to the hut, there is a beautiful barbecue and bonfire place with appropriate seating. The forest playground with sandpit and swing is located on the other side of the hut.
The agricultural use of the estate consists of a chicken-, duck- and bee-keeping, as well as a herb and vegetable garden with additional specialisation in own cultivation of garlic, as well as many different fruit trees.

Seminar
Hold a meeting differently than you otherwise are used: the approx. 40 sq large seminar room in LEOs cottage accommodates 25 people. Also here, the style of an Alpine hut has been retained. Antique furniture and ancient beams blend harmoniously with the technical requirements of a modern equipped seminar room.

The made agreement/arrangement will be confirmed by us via email. At the same time we kindly ask you for a payment of 30% of the rental fee within eight (8) days free of charge for the receiver to the bank account no.
